By selling products on the Alkonect platform, sellers agree to comply with this withdrawal policy.

Seller earnings represent the funds generated from completed sales on the Alkonect platform after deductions including:

  • Platform commission

  • Payment processing fees

  • Refunds or chargebacks

  • Any applicable service fees

Only cleared and eligible funds may be withdrawn by sellers.


2. Withdrawal Eligibility

Sellers may request withdrawal of earnings once:

  • The order has been successfully delivered to the customer

  • The return or dispute window has expired

  • The payment has been fully settled by the payment provider

Alkonect may hold funds temporarily to ensure transaction security.


3. Withdrawal Methods

Seller withdrawals are processed to the bank account provided during seller registration.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their banking details are accurate and up to date.

Alkonect will not be responsible for failed transfers resulting from incorrect bank information.


4. Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within:

3–7 business days

Actual processing time may vary depending on:

  • Payment processor settlement timelines

  • Banking systems

5. Minimum Withdrawal Amount

Alkonect may establish a minimum withdrawal threshold before sellers can request payouts.

6. Withdrawal Fees

Funds may remain on hold until the issue is resolved.


8. Seller Account Verification

To protect the integrity of the platform, sellers may be required to complete verification before withdrawals can be processed.
