4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Alkonect is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

6. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive the returned item:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Alkonect will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost where applicable.

10. International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes

  • Refunds do not include customs fees or international shipping charges

  • Delivery delays due to customs are outside our control

11. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled before shipment
